6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been shipped. In the event of an order cancellation, 20% of the total order value will be deducted as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted and will instead be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the returned product does not meet our return conditions.
